You will evaluate, design, and implement technology solutions to support business strategies and third-party software lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own third-party purchased software by liaising with vendors to manage upcoming changes and roadmaps.
• Design solutions to incorporate software enhancements and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with product owners in agile environments to define specific, clear user stories.
• Automate processes to create maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and technical coaching for team products and services.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of engineering or relevant IT work experience.
• Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and tools.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in highly-collaborative environments.
• Expertise in technical or functional domains relevant to application ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
