Description

You will manage the ongoing development and maintenance of the Microsoft Search Connector for Power Platform. You will own the release pipeline and technical execution for this critical integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features for the Search Connector using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Partner with engineering, design, and product management teams to implement user experience improvements.
• Establish performance and latency benchmarks for all offerings.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track component usage and document technical constraints.
• Act as a technical expert to help customers onboard and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience writing C#.
• 7-10 years of experience building local integrations on Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Flows, and Power Virtual Agents.
• 7-10 years of experience in enterprise search, authentication, M365 entities (Files, Emails, Messages), and AI/Copilot domains.
• Proven ability to craft Power Apps and Power Platform solutions for both pro-developers and citizen developers.
• Experience writing high-quality code for sample applications and templates.
• Ability to work independently and build applications from scratch.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
