Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS) team, driving technical vision and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and work-streams, owning issues from identification through resolution.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for new and existing client LIMS systems and application-specific processes.
• Design, code, debug, test, and document complex client/server applications and graphical user interfaces.
• Coach and mentor team members, delegating tasks to support their professional growth.
• Advise management on technical direction and translate complex issues into clear documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C#, VB.Net WinForms, and .NET Framework 3.0 or greater.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, and relational database structures.
• Experience with the full SDLC and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and ETL processes.
• Ability to work within Windows and UNIX environments.
• Experience with TFS, Azure, Java, and Oracle.
• Competency in Selenium, Eclipse, and WebLogic application servers.
• Knowledge of XML, SFTP, SOAP, and database reporting using Jasper or SQL reporting services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) or Rhapsody systems.
