Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Create and maintain applications while ensuring thorough documentation of requirements and business rules.
• Maintain compliance with all established software development standards.
• Provide production support and implement necessary changes to source system code.
• Mentor the application development team and support their technical skill development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Development.
• Strong proficiency in Software Development lifecycles.
• Expertise in Debugging complex applications.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, team leads, and product owners.
• Ability to work with high-level business users.
