Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Create and maintain applications with thorough documentation of requirements and business rules.
• Provide production support and implement changes to source system code.
• Mentor the application development team and support their technical skill development.
• Maintain compliance with all established software development standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Development.
• Strong proficiency in Software Development Lifecycles.
• Expertise in debugging complex applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, team leads, and product owners.
• Ability to work with high-level business users.
