You will lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of applications while mentoring the team. You will own the release pipeline, ensure compliance with standards, and provide production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, coding, testing, and debugging of application software.
• Create and maintain applications, ensuring all business rules and requirements are documented.
• Enforce compliance with established software development standards.
• Provide production support and implement code changes to source systems.
• Mentor team members and support their technical skills development.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience building applications using .NET and React.
• 8 years of experience working within Agile projects.
• 8 years of experience with Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead technical design and development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with Scrum Masters, product owners, and business users.
• Degree in any field.
