Description

You will build and manage IT solutions using Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design IT solutions that meet business objectives by engaging directly with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Develop and deliver new features for both new and existing crew systems applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including detailed designs and SIT test scripts.
• Ensure code follows best practices for security, data protection, and reliability while resolving IT issues promptly.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of application support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Advanced Java proficiency, including Streams, API, and Multithreading.
• Experience with Apache Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or cloud-based applications.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Git source control and Atlassian JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Provide technical input to the Scrum Master for user story refinement and sprint planning.
