Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and their integration with external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define logical, technical, and physical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Manage day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the CRM environment, including customizations.
• Translate business requirements from non-technical users into functional design documents and technical requirements.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications, databases, and external systems.
• Execute data migration tasks and perform quality assurance testing to ensure solutions meet user needs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical expert within an IT organization.
• 3+ years of experience developing specifically in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs.
• Experience with SQL, database management, and data migration techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
