Description

Develop and maintain web-based GIS applications and cloud-based System of Engagement solutions in Tallahassee, FL.

Install, configure, and manage Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including Portal and ArcGIS Online. Design and manage SDE geodatabases, maintaining GIS data and metadata. Develop, publish, and share map and data services while performing regular health checks on Portal content. Support AASHTOWare systems maintenance, upgrades, and application migrations to the GIS Enterprise platform. Gather business requirements and provide technical support for ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, and web application troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SDE geodatabases and GIS metadata.
• Publish map and data services with regular health checks.
• Support AASHTOWare system upgrades and migrations.
• Troubleshoot ArcGIS Pro and web application issues.

Required Skills

• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Portal management.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS for Desktop, and extensions.
• Experience with SQL Server and geodatabase management.
• Knowledge of web-based ArcGIS APIs and cloud solutions.
• Experience with AASHTOWare systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MERN stack, .Net Core, Entity Framework, or Angular.
