You will own application design, integration, and development across the full SDLC for multi-platform systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design clean APIs and manage data transfers using iPaaS tools, focusing on performance and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate applications using .NET/C#, Java, or Python, selecting the optimal tool for each technical challenge.
• Manage technical debt by balancing code refactoring with the delivery of new business value.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural deep-dives.
• Communicate technical constraints and risks to product managers and executives to align development with business goals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application systems design and integration.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in web platform development and data modeling.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for technical scoping and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in at least one core language: .NET/C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and coding standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FLAIR and PALM data transfers for internal accounting systems.
• Knowledge of Snowflake pipeline creation and Team Dynamix iPaaS.
• Familiarity with Odoo.
