Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and their integration with external systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define logical, technical, and physical architectures for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Translate business requirements from non-technical users into functional design documents and technical solutions.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications, databases, and external systems.
• Manage data migration tasks and perform regular quality assurance testing.
• Direct day-to-day administration, maintenance, and monitoring, including system customizations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT industry experience with 3+ years as a technical expert.
• 3+ years developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Strong experience with SQL, database management, and data migration techniques.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 APIs and SDKs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Full life cycle experience building CRM solutions from design through development.
