Description

You will lead the development and technical direction for enterprise applications, managing team performance and code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor IT consultants and staff.
• Develop and enforce best practices for maintainable and supportable applications.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure proper software design implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution efforts.
• Monitor team performance, coding standards, and deliverable quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in IT management, technical lead, or project management roles.
• 5+ years leading or supervising IT or support teams.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Technologies, C#.NET, Web API, and Rest API.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in JSON and XML data handling.
• Knowledge of HTML5.
• Applied Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years tenure in similar leadership roles.
