Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor IT consultants and staff.
  • Monitor team performance, coding standards, and deliverable quality.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for maintainable applications.
  • Collaborate with architects on software design implementation.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years leading or supervising IT or support teams.
  • 5+ years in IT management, technical lead, or project management roles.
  • IT team leadership and staff development.
  • Application development oversight and enterprise application support.
  • Proficiency in Agile / SCRUM methodologies.
  • Experience with Web API and REST API.
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML data formats.
  • Experience with HTML5 and AngularJS.
