Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Confluence for documentation, IAM and SSO incident escalation capabilities, compliance and security policy knowledge, access audit log maintenance, Oracle Support coordination and Service Request management, environment cloning and post-refresh validation experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle SaaS applications including ERP, EPM, AFCS, and DAMS modules.
• Manage and utilize Oracle configuration templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across systems.
• Perform environment cloning and validate data integrity and user access post-refresh activities.
• Assign roles and permissions based on the principle of least privilege to ensure security.
• Maintain access audit logs and support compliance with internal security policies and standards.
• Escalate Identity and Access Management or Single Sign-On related incidents to higher levels of support.
• Utilize collaboration tools for project tracking, documentation, and service management activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system and operational procedures.
• Act as liaison with Oracle Support including raising and managing Service Requests to resolve issues.

Experience Required: Overall 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of experience in Oracle SaaS Modules
