Description

Provide technical expertise for business development, customer training, and product demonstrations while resolving design software issues and supporting system architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and debug issues within customer design software systems.
• Assist with system architecture tasks and feature-specific customizations from proof of concept to commercial launch.
• Develop technical documentation, including application notes, quick start guides, and FAQs.
• Support product demonstrations, customization, and maintenance of software products.
• Assess potential product applications and prepare technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Windows, Linux, and/or RTOS embedded systems.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, C, C++, Java, or Shell.
• 2+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and Python deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow.
• 2+ years of experience developing content for application notes or quick start guides.
• Experience with Windows app development using AI frameworks like Direct ML and ONNX.
• Experience with GPIO, I2C, and/or SPI, including working with sensors like accelerometers, IMU, or temperature sensors.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub.
• 1+ year of experience with debugging techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
