Description

You provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.

Responsibilities

• Field issues and queries from stakeholders, providing short-term resolutions and coordinating long-term fixes with technology partners.
• Act as the liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues impacting the current environment.
• Take ownership of Support Project items focused on Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in production support with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency with UNIX and Linux environments.
• Expertise in Oracle and SQL database management.
• Direct experience in Application Support and Production Support functions.
• Proven ability to perform Problem Management and issue triage.
• Understanding of financial markets and application support procedures.
• Ability to operate with independence of judgment while providing Subject Matter Expertise.
