Description

You provide technical and business support for Citi applications, resolving field issues and coordinating long-term fixes with technology partners. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve stakeholder queries with short-term fixes and coordinate long-term solutions with technology partners.
• Liaise between users, traders, internal technology groups, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues impacting the current environment.
• Own Support Project items focused on Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in production support with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency with UNIX and Linux environments.
• Expertise in Oracle and SQL database management.
• Direct experience in Application Support and Production Support functions.
• Proven ability to perform Problem Management and issue triage.
• Understanding of financial markets and application support procedures.
• Ability to operate with independence of judgment while providing Subject Matter Expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Citi applications or similar large-scale financial trading platforms.
