Description

You will manage application operations and infrastructure reliability across the application portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver application operations and infrastructure stability according to business expectations.
• Partner with development teams to ensure operational readiness for new features and applications.
• Collaborate with product owners and project management to define application and process roadmaps.
• Drive service improvement in software quality, productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Participate in large-scale upgrades and partner with security and governance teams to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, technology infrastructure, or operations.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, libraries, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Docker and cloud infrastructure including AWS or Azure.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL processes: incident management, problem management, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting applications built on modern architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• ITIL Certification.
