Description

You will provide technical application support for complex accounting systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate status throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Manage incident and problem management functions specifically for accounting application issues.
• Monitor real-time transactional data within accounting applications to ensure performance levels.
• Partner with development teams to coordinate project work and stability efforts.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business users, and project managers to implement solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or similar technical roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Databases and Unix systems.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Background in supporting Accounting Systems, specifically Eagle Investment Systems.
• Knowledge of workflows including Trade Processing, Fund Accounting, and Reference Data Management.
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting with Splunk and Moogsoft.
• Experience using App Dynamics and Prometheus for system monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
