Description

You will manage technical operations and application deployments across legacy and cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical runbooks including jump box logins, host access, and script execution.
• Manage platform components and divert traffic during application deployments using admin consoles.
• Perform application deployments, validations, and rollback activities.
• Monitor and act on system alerts requiring technical intervention or escalation.
• Make operational decisions to maintain environment stability during deployments and incidents.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and operating systems.
• Experience with Tomcat.
• Hands-on experience with Unix and Splunk.
• Working knowledge of ATD.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident and task management.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and maintain software using general-purpose programming languages.
• Bachelor's degree.
