Description

You will administer and support software engineering tools to increase team productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering application and process support to the internal user base.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement resolutions based on user requirements.
• Process and implement critical change requests following change management procedures.
• Monitor application performance, addressing alerts and taking necessary actions.
• Document support processes and update knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of application support experience for end users.
• 3+ years administering Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Artifactory and Git/GitHub source control systems.
• Experience supporting applications within the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux variants, and UNIX operating systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
