You will analyze, administer, and maintain software engineering tools to support development teams and increase productivity.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for engineering applications and processes to internal users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues by engaging directly with users to understand specific requirements and use cases.
Implement critical change requests for engineering applications following established change management procedures.
Monitor application performance alerts and take proactive corrective actions.
Document support procedures and update knowledge base articles.
Required Skills
3 to 5 years of experience providing application and tools support to end users.
3+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
Proficiency with Jira/Confluence, GitHub, and Artifactory.
Experience with source code version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Gerrit.
Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux variants, and UNIX operating systems.
Experience administering applications within the software development lifecycle.
At least one of the following: ACP-100 (Jira Administration for Data Center), ACP-610 (Managing Jira Projects for Data Center), or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with equivalent work experience in software engineering applications and systems environments.
