Description

Provide L3 application support and technical resolutions for Citi applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve application issues and drive stability improvements through root cause analysis.
• Maintain application systems in production, performing start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring.
• Manage application releases, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation analysis.
• Develop technical documentation and identify opportunities for application optimization.
• Assess production risk, escalate issues to management, and ensure SLA adherence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product development or L3 application issue resolution.
• 5-8 years of hands-on application support and coding development experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and Python.
• Strong SQL and Shell Scripting skills.
• Experience with Linux operating environments.
• Ability to perform system optimization and application debugging.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and ITRS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, AutoSys, and problem management tools.
