Description

You provide L3 technical and business support for production applications, ensuring stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex application issues through root cause analysis and application debugging.
• Perform start-of-day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover activities.
• Manage application releases, including development, testing, and deployment into production.
• Conduct risk reconciliations and develop technical documentation for application support.
• Optimize system performance and manage storage and archiving procedures.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years in product development or L3 application issue fixes with a hands-on coding background.
• 5-8 years of experience in Application Support and hands-on coding development.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Shell Scripting and Linux environments.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis and system optimization.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and application debugging.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and ITRS.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and scheduling tools like AutoSys.
