You will manage application stability through proactive monitoring and incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana to identify performance gaps.
• Manage event, change, incident, and problem management workflows.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Apply programming knowledge to support application environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or operations.
• Proficiency with Splunk.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Experience with Grafana.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated automation mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
