Description

Provide frontline technical support for payment transactions and resolve root causes through data analysis and log interpretation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose payment-related issues by collaborating with internal application teams and analyzing data.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure minimal impact on hotel and internal user operations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
• Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures in the internal knowledge base.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical support or analyst role.
• Proficiency in MySQL and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Splunk for log interpretation and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve technical issues through team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of payment processing systems and protocols.
