Description

Provide critical production support and system monitoring during overnight shifts, managing application and system support independently.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using Dynatrace.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate incidents as required.
• Perform routine stability checks to ensure environment performance.
• Document all incidents, resolutions, and process updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or system support.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring.
• Proficiency with Shell, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and incident reporting.
• Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a 24/7 production support environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Jira.
