Description

You will design and lead the implementation of scalable, AI-driven digital platforms and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation by integrating AI technologies to optimize workflows and business outcomes.
• Architect scalable, secure solutions optimized for real-time arbitration use cases.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units by translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions to ensure quality standards and business value realization.
• Collaborate with legal experts and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful products.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in AI/ML roles, including 3+ years in architectural or leadership positions for digital products.
• Hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, and Advanced RAG.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models at scale and familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Ability to implement security protocols and data compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legal and arbitration workflows.
