Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and implementation of applied AI products using Azure, .NET, LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI patterns.
• Manage delivery of scalable backend services and responsive React-based user experiences for AI-enabled applications.
• Define engineering standards for AI solution design, model integration, prompt workflows, evaluation, security, and production readiness.
• Partner with product and business teams to identify high-value AI use cases and convert them into measurable technical roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers, review solution designs, and establish practices for reliable delivery, quality assurance, and operational support.

Skills Required:

• 13.5 - 16 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, and technical leadership Strong experience building enterprise applications and services with .NET and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on expertise in React and modern application architecture for AI-powered products.
• Practical experience with AI/ML, generative AI, large language models, and agentic AI solutions.
• Ability to lead scalable API, integration, testing, security, and deployment practices for production AI platforms.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Angular for enterprise frontend development.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
