Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM capabilities across enterprise risk and compliance processes.
• Own ServiceNow platform administration, including configuration, access controls, data structures, workflows, and platform governance.
• Translate business and risk-management requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish technical standards for integrations, releases, configuration management, testing, and production support.
• Manage technical teams and delivery partners while ensuring solution quality, security, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

Skills Required:

• 13 - 16 years of relevant experience, including substantial ServiceNow administration and ServiceNow IRM delivery experience.
• Deep experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM and enterprise risk-management use cases.
• Ability to design scalable platform solutions, governance models, data structures, and workflow-driven processes.
• Experience overseeing integrations, release management, testing, production support, and technical delivery teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
