Description

Lead the design and development of Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions to automate complex business workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven workflows that simplify multi-step processes and reduce manual effort.
• Translate business problems into technical approaches, defining data needs and workflow architecture.
• Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents using Python and LLM frameworks.
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
• Ensure all AI solutions align with enterprise standards for responsible AI and governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or advanced analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python for end-to-end applied AI/ML pipeline development.
• Expertise in Agentic AI for building autonomous workflows.
• Experience with LLM development, including prompt engineering and model tuning fundamentals.
• Proven track record of delivering GenAI/LLM-based solutions in applied settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying NLP techniques to real-world use cases.
