Description

You will design and develop LLM-powered applications and AI agents to automate business processes and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven insights for ordering trends, customer activity, and financial visibility.
• Integrate structured and unstructured ERP-backed data sources for AI use cases.
• Develop solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, RAG, and automation frameworks.
• Support business intelligence initiatives through data analysis and AI-enabled reporting.
• Establish AI best practices, governance, and responsible AI usage standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience building LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in building data pipelines and workflow automation.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or operational business environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.

• Ability to operate independently in an emerging AI environment.
• Strong communication skills with a business-first, hands-on mindset.
