Design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions, including agentic systems, GenAI applications, and predictive models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-driven workflows that simplify multi-step business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Define data needs, pipeline requirements, and model lifecycles for NLP and agent-based automation solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and data workflows.
• Collaborate with global Finance teams and engineering partners to align AI capabilities with program objectives.
• Validate technical assumptions, iterate quickly on solutions, and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI systems and GenAI applications.
• Strong experience designing NLP, predictive modeling, and automation workflows.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Understanding of data requirements, pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience bridging business and technical teams, with Business Analyst exposure.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage end-to-end AI program delivery and risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience communicating complex AI concepts in clear business terms to senior leaders and operational teams.
