Overview

We are looking for an Applied AI Solutions Engineer to build and deploy advanced AI solutions, especially agentic AI systems (AI that can reason, plan, and act).

This role combines software engineering + AI/ML + business problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that can think, plan, and use tools
• Develop applications using LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Create multi-agent systems and workflows
• Connect AI systems with APIs, enterprise tools, and data platforms
• Work with business teams to turn ideas into AI solutions
• Improve performance, cost, and reliability of AI systems
• Follow best practices for prompt engineering and evaluation
• Stay updated with latest AI trends and tools

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI
• Experience building AI agents or agent-based systems in production
• Strong coding skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Ability to solve business problems using AI

Preferred Skills

• Experience working at top AI companies (like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, and safety
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience building enterprise or customer-facing AI products
