Roles and Responsibilities:

Own reliability engineering practices for large-scale cloud-native services and AI-enabled workloads in production.
Build and maintain automation using scripting and Azure DevOps to support operational workflows and platform consistency.
Define and manage operational standards including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and incident response processes.
Partner with engineering teams to improve production readiness, environment integrity, and release governance across multiple environments.
Support observability and operational visibility for distributed systems, including metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.

Skills Required:

10 to 13 years of relevant experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering, or production engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with scripting and scripting languages used in production engineering and automation.
Deep working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release coordination, and operational automation.
Experience operating cloud-native systems at scale with reliability, incident management, and production support ownership.
Ability to work with distributed systems, platform controls, and production-grade engineering practices in Azure environments.
