Description

You will manage the execution lifecycle of AI-ML initiatives in Payments, partnering with Senior Program Managers to drive process improvements and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Program Managers to define strategic direction for AI-ML initiatives and identify automation opportunities.
• Define and implement program governance, including roles, responsibilities, and key activities for AI-ML projects across operations.
• Manage the execution lifecycle and data attribute requirements for new AI-ML solutions, ensuring compliance with firmwide controls and SDLC requirements.
• Oversee project progress, proactively identifying risks and assisting with issue resolution to keep initiatives on track.
• Drive the automation of reporting extracts from centralized data sources and manage financial tracking of investments and benefits.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Financial Services, with at least 3 years in Program/Project Management or PMO roles.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and Data Analytics principles.
• Experience with Python for data tasks.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage cross-functional global teams.
• Strong risk and controls awareness with ability to ensure project documentation meets compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and SQL for data transformation.
• Familiarity with QlikView for business intelligence and SharePoint for collaboration.
