Description
You will lead the development of a new customer segmentation work stream to drive business insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer segmentation models to identify key retention and attrition drivers.
- Deliver actionable insights to the marketing team to support customer retention campaigns.
- Build ETL pipelines and manage data modeling and warehousing processes.
- Create and present recommendations for new metrics to improve business performance visibility.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in data science with a focus on customer segmentation for marketing.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and scripting.
- Advanced SQL skills for extracting data from Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience building and deploying Machine Learning models to solve practical problems.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization using Tableau.
- Strong background in forecasting, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex datasets in a business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
- Knowledge of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) or Economic Value modeling.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, or Matlab.
