You will lead the development of customer segmentation models to drive business insights and support retention campaigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation models to identify key retention and attrition drivers.
• Deliver actionable insights to the marketing team to support customer retention campaigns.
• Build ETL pipelines and manage data modeling and warehousing processes.
• Create and present recommendations for new metrics to improve business performance visibility.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in data science with a focus on customer segmentation for marketing.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and scripting.
• Advanced SQL skills for extracting data from Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and deploying Machine Learning models to solve practical problems.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization using Tableau.
• Strong background in forecasting, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex datasets in a business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
• Knowledge of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) or Economic Value modeling.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, or Matlab.
