Description

You will build production-ready machine learning solutions for classification, prediction, recommendation, NLP, and document processing. You own the full lifecycle from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML solutions for business use cases, including NLP and document AI.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
• Train, evaluate, optimize, and validate machine learning models.
• Build APIs and services for model inference.
• Deploy models to production and monitor their accuracy and latency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and data-processing pipelines.
• Proven track record deploying models as APIs or production services.
• Working knowledge of Git, Docker, and cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking, and model monitoring.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
