Apply advanced machine learning and LLM techniques to model customer behavior and deliver scalable AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale data to model customer behavior and experience.
• Build novel evaluation metrics for multimodal personal digital assistants.
• Fine-tune LLMs using SFT, DPO, and Reinforcement Learning for specific languages and locations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex scientific solutions from research to production.
• Mentor junior scientists and drive cross-team scientific strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in applied science, machine learning, or NLP.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning architectures.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with speech processing or computer vision systems.
• Strong background in natural language processing and data analysis.
• Proven ability to iterate based on user feedback in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multimodal systems and modern LLM evaluation tooling.
• Knowledge of SFT, DPO, RLHF, and RLAIF techniques.
• Scientific publications or community engagement in AI research.
