Description

You will design and deliver AI solutions utilizing NLP and Machine Learning to enhance product functionality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy live production AI systems as part of a team.
• Determine appropriate data and modeling choices independently.
• Iterate quickly in an agile manner guided by customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering to manage software delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience building NLP, ML, Knowledge Graph, or GenAI systems for commercial applications.
• Practical experience with traditional and state-of-the-art NLP methods, Knowledge Graph algorithms, and GenAI (including RAG and agentic frameworks).
• Expertise in the end-to-end AI development life cycle within NLP.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Proficiency with Git, AWS, and Azure for model development and deployment.
• Experience writing production code.
• PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s degree plus comparable experience.
