Core Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support and participate in on-call coverage.
• Monitor application health, availability, performance, and service-level objectives.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, database, network, and integration issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve performance, scalability, resilience, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Build monitoring dashboards, actionable alerts, operational runbooks, and automation or self-healing solutions.
• Maintain security controls, remediate vulnerabilities, and support regulatory and audit compliance.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, networking, cybersecurity, vendors, and business teams.
• Support upgrades, modernization, cloud initiatives, and continuous operational improvement.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Enterprise production application support experience, particularly with high-availability systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle connectivity, Windows Server, IIS, networking, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, Harness, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and ExtraHop.
• Working knowledge of AI, large language models, and AI-enabled operational tools.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud, hybrid architecture, containers, orchestration, ITIL, automation, and broader database knowledge.
• Relevant ITIL, Microsoft, networking, security, or cloud certifications
