Description

You will manage and administer Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database environments within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Migrate on-premises Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c (Solaris) to OCI.
• Manage EBS application cloning using Rapid Clone Utility and manual methods across various node configurations.
• Perform patching, including PSU, one-off, mini-pack, and family packs using adpatch and Patch Wizard.
• Configure and maintain EBS multi-node architecture, parallel concurrent processing, and workflow mailers.
• Troubleshoot EBS components including Apache, oacore, oafm, oc4j, Forms services, and SSO login.
• Automate routine jobs using shell scripts, crontab, and Autosys.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Database administration.
• Proven experience migrating Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Database 19c from Solaris to OCI.
• In-depth knowledge of OCI services: Compute, Block Storage, Object Storage, Networking, and Autonomous Services.
• Expertise in EBS R12 architecture, configuration files, and log file analysis.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with AD and FND utilities such as adadmin, adconfig, adpatch, adlicmgr, adsplice, adident, and adctrl.
• Experience managing EBS Financial Modules (AP, AR, GL) and supporting EBS AP imaging like Kofax Markview.
• Skill in configuring SSL/TLS, security certificates, PGP encryption, and SSH key exchange.
• Experience with OEM for EBS application monitoring and configuration.
• Ability to work 24x7 rotational shifts and weekends as required.

Preferred Skills

• OCI certification (Architect or Operations).
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Oracle workloads.
• Knowledge of OAAM, OIM integration, and WebCenter.
