Description

You will lead technical analysis and application development efforts for new products and system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define system enhancements and integrate functions.
• Resolve complex problems by evaluating business, system, and industry standards.
• Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, and debugging using system flow knowledge.
• Advise and coach mid-level developers, allocating tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Application Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming.
• Proficiency in Java and JSP.
• Strong skills in Systems Analysis and Programming.
• Experience in Application Development and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an Applications Development area.
