You will lead technical development efforts across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of everything-as-code and Developer Engineering tooling across diverse teams.
- Build AI-powered, data-intensive applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Code and design software hands-on to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Mentor engineers to grow their skills and expertise in software development.
- Support cultural change by instigating critical thinking about controls and processes.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in an Engineering Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Python, Go, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience with DevOps practices.
- Experience with Kubernetes and React.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI implementation.
- Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
