Lead technical development efforts and engineering tooling adoption across diverse teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of everything-as-code and developer engineering tooling across teams.
• Build AI-powered, data-intensive applications using modern frameworks.
• Code and design software hands-on to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor engineers to grow their technical skills and expertise.
• Support cultural change by instigating critical thinking about controls and processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in an Engineering Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Python, Go, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and React.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI implementation.
• Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture patterns.
