Description

You will provide 24/7 technical support for a Tier 1 external client-facing analytical application.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and manage change deployments for global member banks.
• Execute after-hours maintenance windows and deployment tasks.
• Manage production support processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Coordinate escalation procedures within a globally distributed team.
• Troubleshoot builds, deployments, and application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java and Linux application support.
• Strong UNIX/Linux skills.
• Experience with Java, Web applications, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database concepts.
• Experience working with deployment pipelines.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation on weekdays and weekends.
