Description

Lead program management from prototype through production launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full program lifecycle from initial prototype to customer launch.
• Manage engineering changes to ensure products meet all specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate communication between production, quality, engineering, and tool room departments.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and track all correspondence.
• Monitor program progress, budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Design, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, tooling, or program management.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Expertise in APQP and PPAP processes.
• Proficiency with SPC, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and formal problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading and mentoring other Program Managers.
