Description

Design, configure, and customize DELMIA Apriso MES solutions for manufacturing operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and troubleshoot Order Maintenance functionality, including order creation, updates, routing, and integration points.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Apriso and ERP/MES/Shop Floor systems such as SAP, Oracle, and PLC interfaces.
• Diagnose production issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
• Create technical specifications, configuration documents, and deployment instructions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, IT, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Apriso Order Maintenance module.
• Proficiency in Apriso BPM, Process Builder, and Business Packages.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and database optimization.
• Experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Apriso customization.
• Experience integrating Apriso with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and MES best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with DELMIA Apriso architecture and deployment best practices.
• Knowledge of additional Apriso modules such as Production, Quality, and Warehouse.
