Description

Provide technical leadership for the definition, design, and implementation of Apriso-based MES solutions in Burnsville, MN.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions using the Apriso software suite to create conceptual designs, process definitions, and functional business blueprints.
• Develop technical designs based on functional specifications and provide the architectural foundation for implementation.
• Create prototypes and drive the development of repeatable solutions using reusable templates.
• Hand over blueprints to Project Managers and Implementation Leads while providing guidance and knowledge transfer to partners and customers.
• Support Pre-Sales RFP processes and assist in packaging solutions for vertical industries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, LES, MES, ERP, or Automation functional/technical role.
• 8+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry.
• Proven experience implementing MES software modules including Production, Quality, and Warehouse.
• Expertise in architecting MES components such as automation, production monitoring, quality planning, and detailed scheduling.
• Strong understanding of the Apriso data model and Apriso process builder framework.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies.
• Experience with ERP interfaces and material management on the shop floor.
• Knowledge of replenishment strategies including Push/Pull and Kanban.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle applications.
• Experience using BizTalk Server or SAP Business Connector.
